Join us for a lecture and fragrant workshop led by certified aromatherapist and instructor Kateřina Stehnová.
You’ll learn which scents and plants help maintain balance in body and mind during stressful or cold periods. In the practical part, you’ll create your own bath salt to boost immunity or for deep relaxation and calm. We’ll use natural Himalayan and Epsom salts, dried herbs, and pure essential oils, which you’ll select according to your preferences and intention.
Even if you don’t have a bathtub, the salts can be used for a foot bath, allowing minerals and essential oils to be absorbed into the body.
