Authentic experiences of a five-member family traveling across Europe, captured through photographs, diary entries, maps, and drawings but most of all, brought to life in a fun game!
The interactive exhibition for children and adults, Discover Europe, combines stories, documentary photos, original drawings, and animations with interactive learning.

The game offers 24 stops on an adventurous journey across Europe. The journey begins with a short introductory video and continues by searching for questions with a tablet in hand. A large wall map also helps players complete the tasks.
At each station, you’ll find photographs, drawings, and a QR code that activates an excerpt from the travel diary, narrated by Kryštof Hádek. This is followed by an animated task that players solve directly on the tablet. The reward is a short bonus animation.
The game combines geography, natural sciences, basics of social studies, art, and history. Players gradually discover interesting facts from different regions of Europe. With each completed task, the map is gradually colored in, the goal is to explore and color the entire continent.
Completing the game, including the introductory video, takes a maximum of 90 minutes. It can be fully enjoyed in 45–60 minutes.

Registration must be done through the reservation system. The end time shown in the system is approximate, it depends on the group’s pace and how quickly they go through the exhibition.
Three difficulty levels provide appropriate content for students from 4th grade through high school. The game was developed with the input of primary and secondary school teachers, as well as educational staff from the Central Bohemian Scientific Library. The content aligns with the priorities of the Czech Framework Educational Program (RVP).
