PressReader
A database of newspapers and magazines containing over 7,000 titles from more than 100 countries. Choose from thousands of magazines and newspapers and read in the same format as print. You can read, listen, share, translate or comment on the content. The titles you choose can be downloaded and read offline. For the public, the library acts as a hotspot; after logging in, updated content remains available for two days. Registered readers can access the database anytime, anywhere via their reader account.

EBSCO
The Regional Library in Pardubice provides access to three subject databases offered by the EBSCO platform.
The largest of them, Academic search complete, offers over 8,500 full-text periodicals, including more than 7,300 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to full-text, it also includes indexing and abstracts for more than 12,500 journals and a total of more than 13,200 publications, including monographs, reports and conference proceedings. You can save, sort, have translated or pre-read the texts.
The GreenFILE database contains substantiated information on all aspects of human impact on the environment. This collection of titles from science, public administration and general interest covers global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, etc. It also includes indexing and abstracts of more than 1,000,000 entries and freely accessible full texts of more than 15,000 entries.
The third part is the Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts (LISTA) database. This provides an index of more than 560 major periodicals, nearly 50 priority periodicals, and approximately 125 selective periodicals, including books, research reports, and proceedings.
Naxos Music Library
It includes recordings of classical music available online, with some jazz and world music also available. In addition, there is a huge amount of basic information about the compositions, their composers or performers, accompanying texts, a brief overview of music history with recordings, an educational module for children, an English glossary of musical terminology, examples of the correct pronunciation of composers’ names, etc.

CSN online (Czech Technical Standard)
A complete full-text database of Czech technical standards operated by the Office for Technical Standardization, Metrology and State Testing. It provides access to both currently valid CSN standards and invalid standards that have been electronically processed. It is not possible to copy or print the CSN standards.

CODEXIS
The legal database offers access to thousands of resources not only in the field of Czech, Slovak and European legislation and case law, but also to a number of commentaries, guides and supplementary texts on individual provisions that help easy orientation in legal matters.
