The National Pedagogical Museum and Library of J. A. Comenius announces the 33rd annual prestigious Book of the Children’s Heart Award (V. F. Suk Award).
The aim of the competition is to support children’s reading literacy and help educators build a reading culture. It also includes a popular survey in which child readers themselves vote for the books that interested them the most in the past year.
High-quality literary works for children and young people published in 2025, as well as inspiring and extraordinary activities of school libraries, will be awarded. At the same time, the surveys draw the attention of educators and the public to new book titles and reflect the real reading preferences of children.
