A new innovative tool is coming to the educational activities of the Pardubice Regional Library – Lego Six Bricks. This playful and interactive method uses six colorful LEGO® bricks to help children develop their memory, their fine and gross motor skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, language and social skills, and much more.
How we started using the method:
- Training our colleagues – we decided to invest in quality and had our staff trained so that they would be prepared to lead creative and sensory-stimulating lessons.
- Our own materials – we are gradually preparing supporting educational materials that we adapt to the needs of schools and the general public.
- Holiday testing – during the summer, we tested the method in practice and confirmed that both children and adults respond enthusiastically.
Where can you encounter this method?
From now on, you will encounter Lego Six Bricks at our educational programs for schools and at selected events for the public.
We are convinced that you will love this method as much as we do – and we look forward to using it together to discover and create.
And because you can never have enough LEGO® sets, we also have a LEGO club in the library!
Children from preschool age to younger schoolchildren will have lots of fun with different types of Lego – from large LEGO® DUPLO bricks and robotic LEGO® sets to the popular LEGO® Six Bricks and LEGO® City. Lego is simply fun at the library!
